This Riddell RK suspension football helmet is the real thing; the exact same equipment used each and every Sunday afternoon during pro football's glorious "golden era" of the late 1950's thru the early 1970's. Riddell has carefully retraced every step that it took more than 50 years ago to correctly reproduce its RK helmet in exacting detail. The classic shape of the RK's slightly flared shell and handsome metal rivets are complemented by an original Riddell two-bar facemask. The suspension webbing is identical to the original, right down to the same brown thread that is used to stitch it together. Finished with real leather jaw pads and a gray-toned, 2-point chinstrap, this helmet is indistinguishable from the original.

This helmet is fully customizable to your specs... available with your choice of any facemask from our vast collection of vintage masks, spanning the 1950's thru the early 1980's, as well as your choice of player # (if applicable). Understand that some facemask styles might incur additional cost, so please inquire prior to purchasing if you want a style other than that pictured. For the true vintage helmet enthusiast out there, you can also choose between the RT, RK, or TK helmet shell, as well as a variety of jaw pads, chin straps, and suspension systems.
